CASE MANAGEMENT Service

Thank you for your interest in our Case Management service. You can refer to the Consumer Guide-English (376KB PDF) from Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) to understand the service expectations from your Registered Migration Agent.

We begin with your background and try and understand your personal circumstances. We make a note of all relevant significant facts and recommend you an appropriate visa sub-class to apply. Sometimes we recommend more than one visa sub-classes depending on your eligibility. Once you choose the visa subclass to apply, we begin formulating your visa application strategy tailored to your particular situation.

We send you a copy of our Client Representation Agreement. Click here to download a sample copy of this agreement. Once you understand and agree to the terms of engagement, you pay the first instalment of our professional services fees as per Schedule of Fees provided in your First Consultation session or along with your Migration Assessment Report.

Application checklist

You send you a detailed checklist of documents along with instructions. Our checklists are carefully prepared and updated regularly. These are updated as soon as we become aware of new changes. Using our checklists to compile your documents ensures that you will be making a stronger application. It is guaranteed to improve your chances of success.

Reviewing your supporting documents

Our RMAs cite your documents as you send them and provide their advice and feedback. It is rather important your letters and statutory declarations are worded properly, in good English. This not only makes the process of application smooth but also greatly improves your chances of success. We work closely with you to make sure your documents are in order, ensuring that they are the right size (KB/MB), clear, format, translation etc. and provide you with feedback if something is not right. We keep a track of your application timeline, current visa expiry date and follow up with you to take action in advance.

Review and lodgement

Once your documents are reviewed, we propose an application lodgement date. Before this lodgement date, we once again review the relevant regulatory requirements, announcements, visa application charges, the method and the place (office) of lodgement. We keep office copies of all your forms, documents, file notes, including all written and important verbal communication undertaken.

Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously. Our office is insured and your data is backed up locally as well as in the cloud. We do not provide our client’s personal information and data to any individual or third-party for any purpose other than relating to your case, the exception being government or statutory authorities.

Post-lodgement

We monitor the progress of your visa application post-lodgement and keep you informed of all developments, so you know exactly what is going on with your application and what action is required.

We get in touch with you promptly to advise you of additional documents requested by your case officer. If for some reason you are not in a position to provide them within the allocated time frame then we either negotiate additional time on your behalf or provide you with advice on how to best handle the situation.

Our post-lodgement service is designed to give you peace-of-mind as our RMAs stay with you until the final decision. Our clients find this service extremely valuable.
